Top Tips On The Most Underrated Weapon In Call Of Duty And How You Can Use It To Pwn Your Opponents  Uploading ....It's a good bet that of all of the guns you've gotten from fallen foes in Call Of Duty, perhaps less than one percent of the time you've wound up with the L86 LSW in your hands! It's the very first light machine gun to be unlocked leaving most players with the feeling that it isn't very good.
It is in fact a seriously heavy and slow weapon with tons of recoil and hardly anyone will wind up levelling it up to the time at which the most incredible attachment is unlocked. The attachment that really turns this gun into an absolute beast is in fact quite tricky to use in itself on another weapon too! So what do you get when you cross the worst machine gun with the weakest attachment? Only the best gun in the whole game!
Yes, put the Thermal Scope on the L86 LSW and it will become a machine gun sniper. Using the thermal scope in combo with the Grip attachment means you can stand totally erect and be firing at some poor enemy at the other end of the map and your aim will remain completely on target. Some have suggested it's like a lazer, I choose to call it a machine sniper!
So whilst I'm waiting for the latest black ops 2 news updates, I in fact like to run this LMG without the grip, alternatively using the silencer (with the attachments perk). The thermal scope still brings the recoil well under control and having the silencer you can sneak about the map plucking enemies off from the shadows. No red dot on the map from me thanks very much!
I have in fact fully incorporated this gun with my "ghost" set-up, combining it with Blind Eye Pro, Assassin Pro and Stalker Pro. This will let you stay off the radar and there is also the extra bonus that I can shoot pretty much any killstreak out of the sky as a result of the extra damage that blind eye pro gives and the large magazine on the LSW.
So while you are patiently waiting for the next instalment of the CoD franchise to be announced, get online with MW3 and start pwning your opponents with the LSW and Thermal Scope!
